Anthony Alongi is a seasoned leader with over a decade of experience across operations, finance, marketing, and sales. He has played a key role in opening large-scale residential communities valued at over $100 million, overseeing every aspect—from initial planning and budgeting to staffing and operations. As Director of Project Management at STG, Anthony brings that same level of detail and precision to custom home projects, managing procurement, logistics, and installation from start to finish. His strengths in strategic planning, process improvement, and proactive problem-solving make him an essential asset to both the STG team and the clients they serve. A proud University of Florida graduate, Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master’s degree from UF.
