Job description

This role involves designing and overseeing the construction of aesthetically pleasing, functional, and structurally sound buildings. The Architect will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring architectural visions to life.

Job responsibilities

Design Development:

• Create conceptual designs that align with client requirements, budgets, and regulatory standards.
• Develop detailed plans, elevations, and construction documents.

Client Collaboration:

• Work closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and goals.
• Present and explain design proposals, incorporating client feedback.

• Obtain necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities.

Project Management:

• Oversee the entire design and construction process, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Collaborate with construction teams to address on-site challenges.

Innovative Solutions:

• Explore and incorporate sustainable and innovative design solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural technology.

Team Collaboration:

• Coordinate with internal teams, including engineers, interior designers, and project managers.
• Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.

Qualifications

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Experience:

• Proven experience as an Architect with a portfolio showcasing completed projects.

Design Skills:

• Strong design and visualization skills.
• Ability to translate conceptual ideas into practical designs.

Communication:

• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design concepts to clients and team members.
